Shall we auto-build and deploy (to github) the latest version of this guide for each pull request? Doing this via Travis is pretty straight forward (I'd be happy to make it happen), and while we would always have a copy on the Unidata site, it'd be convenient to have it here as well. The URL would be https://unidata.github.io/netcdf

I’d prefer to keep it explicitly built, simply because we need to take care that the most recent NUG is applicable to the most recent releases. I’m not a huge fan of continual deployment in any event.
