Empty location and template drop downs out of the box on new service order #47

Location and template drop downs are empty when ordering a new service. Creation works anyway (with the workaround in #46 applied) as it uses the defaults set in the product's Module Settings in admin area.

This is apparently because location and template do not have any entries in "Configurable options for UpCloud Global" in the admin area. On the other hand, backup and location do have automatically populated entries there. Adding some location and template options manually makes them show, but I'm assuming this is not the intention, but rather they should populate automatically.

Location and Template both works fine without any issues as you can see in the image

To populate the configurable options, follow these steps:

Edit your product.
Navigate to the 'Configurable Options' tab.
Select the desired configurable options.
Click 'Save Changes' to apply the updates, as shown below."
