We have a few library type projects that already allows you to build any extension for DNN that requires only a DLL. To make Scheduled Jobs easier, a different library type was added to make that super-simple. We should do the same thing for a Role Provider.

Describe the solution you'd like

Change the Library selection to taking to into a multi-selection use case, similar to both SPA modules and Hotcakes extensions.

When you choose Library, you can choose Empty Library (the default Library choice today), Schedule Job, and Role Provider.

The scaffolded Role Provider should be a copy of whatever the Role Provider code is in the version of DNN that the current generate is built against. For example, right now that might be DNN 9.8.0. It might be a newer version of DNN by the time this gets done.
