Hi UU LaTeXers,

I've added a somewhat experimental beamer class, which implements the powerpoint template (https://www.uu.nl/en/organisation/corporate-identity/downloads/powerpoint-keynote) for beamer. Please use this issue to discuss the implementation in case you have any thoughts. I'll be updating some things in the coming months, but the thing that's committed now is a MWE.

For real bugs (in any of the classes), please open a new issue :)
