is this a database, table or a view?
excel workbook of all columns from all views and tables from all databases.

according to this page SharePoint has a user list accessible from browser Dash User List. Not a sustainable solution but could maybe help us with v1 POC.

this is a user info

also use Get-SPUser Cmdlet

check shared network drive for csv of SP users
