how we can seperate panel domain and vpn domain

This domain is the same as panel domains, which means if it's blocked, user's won't be able to fetch the updated list, unless you give them new links....
how to get rid of this

From the Routes tab, add another domain to your Libertea, and then delete the first domain (which is used as panel domain) from the Routes list.
