Issue Description

I am aiming to enhance readme.md under gssoc. The readme need to be enhanced, i want to add a table of content, also minimize the gssoc logo and add it to featured sec, link contributing.md, contributor.md and codeofconduct.md in main readme, add proper allignment to it etc.
