Getting Started
---------------

- cd <directory containing this file>

- $venv/bin/python setup.py develop

- $venv/bin/initialize_PyWeightStat_db development.ini

- use create_hash.py to create your admin's password hash
  and add this hash to your config.ini

- $venv/bin/pserve development.ini
