Hello everyone. I am the owner of the account named Umutcuk in Valor. I was playing the game frequently in the past months. Then I had to take a break from the game. When I wanted to re-enter the game after a 1.5 week break, I realized that my game did not open. More precisely, the game opens, but my character walks on the black screen but does not log in to the nexus. When I searched for the reason for this, I came across an article saying that it was like this because I had an IP ban. But I neither used a cheat in the game nor used any different software. Please remove this ban for no reason. I love your game but I can't play it. I would also like to point out that. You may have thought that the account may have been stolen because of two mistakes I made in the game. While playing with the Samurai character, I accidentally cashed the LG item twice. I wanted to strengthen it but I was too distracted. Please remove my IP ban.
