I've checked CS's cache and it downloaded some files, nothing changed, now i've checked HL's cache, and nothing happened, just downloaded some files...
Most strange thing is that the beta wasn't downloaded as from I see, because there's no common/half-life folder on my steam files...
This happened just when updating to the new steam version.

You haven't got the new client. In steam go to File->Check For steam client update, make sure you are up to date, and then restart Steam. Then try launching Half-Life.
I've checked Steam client updates and i'm up to date, then I restarted steam, and I'm able to play the game but not the beta, should I have to select the beta participation on CS' game properties?
Don't know why happens, but I think that this image will tell the issue: http://imagenes.ethernityzone.cl/images/steampls.jpg
Also, a friend had another error on his pc using windows XP: http://v2imagen.com/images/2013/02/14/jTVsG.png
