FPS DROP on RYZEN CPU

SPECS:Ryzen cpu 5 1600 + EVA GTX 1060 6GB, memory patriot 2x4 3200 16/16/16/18/36
GAME: Counter strike 1.6

CPU stock 3.2 GHZ (no oc)
Memory stock 2135 (no oc)
GTX 1060 6GB (no oc)

FPS DROPS in servers with 30 players!
If i use net_graph 3 or net_graph 1, fps will drop from 100 to 70-80, also game will behaved slow.. even with net_graph 0 and when typing in console (STATS) cpu: is 110-120

No reason you should have fps drops with that pc, maybe provide more info about your setup? Windows, Video Card, CS.

In Steam go to Help -> then System Info and paste here.

Are you running the original game? or Pirated version (Non-Steam)?
If you are running the original game, try adding -gl11 parameter.
If you're on Pirated version, try -d3d

 Direct3D was removed from Steam version (what a shame on Valve..)

I can second this issue. On TFC (another hl mod) on a specific map my framerate drops to below 20fps on my ryzen r7 1700. Video card is rx580.
Operating system is gnome3 on ubuntu bionic beaver 18.04 daily images.
Original game running natively over steam.

On my laptop I get 1000 frames per second anywhere in that game.

@0nurky I play the steam version updated, and those -gl11 doesn't seems to work in Gold-source I tried months ago, without having the ryzen cpu, but i can try again...

@brunch875 Thanks god i'm not the only but this is happening to me in servers with 24-32 players such dust2, inferno or gungame servers, which fps drops to 80-85 while opening net_Graph

Maybe because those games are made to run in Single-core, single thread? and it is recommend to have an intel procesor or what :/?
