SteamVR bindings not editable

Observed:
The movement binding of Pavlov and Legendary Tales are neither displayed, nor editable in the SteamVR bindings editor.
There is no vector2 axis available, thus the trackpad (or joystick) is not configurable except for manually editing the json file.
