Issue Description

The most obvious symptoms of this are a plain white background and a lack of successful logins.

Steps to Reproduce

Install the image
boot.
See SDDM completely buggered.

On what version of Vanilla OS this happens?

Orchid

Additional Information

Some investigation makes the issue plain as day; /usr/lib/sddm is missing, as is the sddm.conf file that should be inside.

With #20 resolved this is resolved.
