Describe the bug
The ::after element that is used to create tooltips will overflow the viewport if it's next to the edge of the screen

**Steps to reproduce **

  1. Go to the homepage on a mobile device or dev tools emulator
  2. Attempt to scroll right on the body

This is caused by the tooltip features implemented in #23 add modern tooltips
