Subscription Feed skips the recent video updates

Describe the Bug

As far as i have used viewtube, i am noticing that the subscription feed is skipping the latest feed updates, or it is not up to date with most of my subscribed channels

Expected Behaviour

The subscription feed should contain video from all of my subscription.

There are many registered users with subscriptions on viewtube.io (over 40 000 unique channels). I am continuously working on improving the reliability, but it's quite a challenge with so many subscriptions.

why do subscriptions only refresh each hour ? Can we disable that. Or do i need to selfhost it then ?
