Bug: Timezone change displays class a week in advance off by 1 hour

Describe the Bug/Issue

ECE 360 B06 on March 7th, 2022 is shown as 2:30PM when should actually be 1:30PM (see past and previous weeks). The time change occurs on March 12th, so..............have fun!

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://courseup.vikelabs.ca/s/lTzuZECquZHd
2. View the week of March 7th
3. See lab time is off by 1 hour

Expected Behaviour

The lab should be shown grayed out for 1:30PM
