What problem does this feature solve?
svg在文档的应用比canvas 有优势。canvas渲染的，导出后，打印就会糊了，很多机构需要保存电子文档，甚至是需要盖章。希望支持SVG渲染引擎，或者存档时可以把图表转成SVG
