For reference this is problem currently with the latest Volar.

This was my fix using lsp-zero:

lsp.configure("tsserver", {
  init_options = {
    plugins = {
      {
	name = "@vue/typescript-plugin",
	location = "/opt/homebrew/lib/node_modules/@vue/typescript-plugin",
	languages = { "javascript", "typescript", "vue" },
      },
    },
  },
  filetypes = {
    "javascript",
    "typescript",
    "vue",
  },
})

Is there documentation you could add, or is it something that Mason should handle?

I have added this guide to the docs: Configure volar 2.0

Absolute LEGEND. I did not even know most of what you've shown here. However, adding collar was not necessary for me, I just needed to add it to Mason.

Seems like it's being changed again apparently. williamboman/mason-lspconfig.nvim#371 (comment)

Don't know what is going on with Vue tooling

Oh. I tested with vue-language-server 2.0.7 and typescript-language-server 4.3.3, and it seems like it works. Did they released a new version?
