List assigned numbers under an application

Proposed changes

We currently display all applications for a user. It would be nice to view the numbers associated with that application.

Context

As a quick informational tool, it would be nice for users to see assigned numbers to their application. This alleviates the need to visit the API dashboard to view this. It also provides for future features such as removing a number from an application.

Possible Implementation

Make the application a tree item with child nodes underneath. I suggest adding an Assigned Numbers node and list assigned numbers as child nodes to it.
