Pickup delay respects closed days

When I set up a delay of one day, it should actually use working days of the store.

e.g. when Sunday is closed and pickup-delay is one day, on Saturday and Sunday it should only be possible to pre-order for Tuesday, not for Monday morning...

I know, when you go into details with this, it might create some headaches. However, pickup delay only makes sense for the time the store or the store department where the product is produced is not closed.
