Noticed while testing #1743 (review):

  1. Click on an image block of any alignment.
  2. The image enters the slideshow view. The sticky nav may appear.
  3. Exit the image viewer.
  4. The browser will now have scrolled to the top of the page.

This behavior has been around since 0.6.3, but was not present in 0.6.2. In my testing, it has only happened in Firefox; Safari and Chrome are not affected. This may be Gecko-specific behavior that is not present in WebKit.

StatCounter believes that Firefox usage is under 5% worldwide, the same for the United States,

  • run git bisect between v0.6.2 and v0.6.3 to see where this change was introduced
  • fix the problem
