Discussion: Is there a Block provider plugin that we'd like to endorse for use with Largo?

As WordPress takes steps towards block-based page editing, sites will want blocks for various types of content not covered by the blocks included in WP Core.

For discussion:

1. Should we recommend a specific plugin?
2. If so, what criteria should we use for determining which plugin to use?
3. If so, should we include specific styles for these blocks in Largo? A point of consideration is that WP 5.4 will have changed markup in a way that broke some sites' themeing. Plugins can move faster than Core in making braking changes that we'd need to support.
