Patrick from The Cayman Current reports seeing some newer jQuery migrate issues from deprecated functions. Let's make double sure that we're not using any deprecated jQuery functions anymore for the 0.7 release.

From Patrick:

Everything has been working well, but lately I've been getting the occasional warning from jQuery Migrate on deprecated functions (i.e. " jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated" .... or " 'ready' event is deprecated" for Slideshows)
