Single column post layout: can we make featured images full-bleed?

Perhaps this can be optional.

featured images and/or maybe add a class so when you upload media and insert it into a post you have this option for inline images as well (in addition to align none, left, right and center)

obviously this only works if:

1. images are large enough
2. they're landscape orientation
3. they're not crazy tall

or else we should have a fallback that still constrains them
