[WIP] Standard Acceptance Criteria

As a bare minimum, verify the following before releasing a version of Enlighten.

Perform the these steps after running the Windows installer.

1. Enlighten window opens
2. Get Spectra (Using available spectrometer. If none is available, do not make a release. Do not use pyusb-virtspec for this.)
3. Save measurement, to disk, and display in 'Clipboard/Measurements'
4. Load measurement from disk
5. Change integration time (verify that longer integration times have more signal, does not require laser)
6. Turn laser on, then turn it back off (if your unit has a laser, otherwise you may skip this)

We should create a more comprehensive acceptance criteria for semi-major releases.

Note that most spectrometers don't have a laser watchdog (only SiG). The watchdog was mainly added because early SiG units didn't have a laser TEC, and running the laser for long periods could overheat and destroy the laser; that is, it was added to extend product lifetime, not as a safety feature. Lasers with proper thermal management can be run for many hours on end (6+, even 24+).
