split create_transfer_and_upload_files in 4 disparate parts

Currently, the SDK allows me to either do everything at once, or not at all.

I want to be able to just

• create_transfer that just creates a transfer
• call upload_complete for a specific file
• requesting a part_number for a specific chunk of a file
• finalize a transfer
