IE10 throw an error when spell checking is started.

Problem detected on VM with Win7 x86, IE10 10.9200.17609.

How to reproduce:

• Open IE10 with CKEditor. I used home page of ckeditor for testing.
• Open console
• Select "Check spelling"
• Usually in first time plugin is loaded, but now refresh page and repeat previous point
• In my case usually after 3rd refresh plugin doesn't load at all.
• There appear exception:

SEC7130: Potential cross-site scripting detected in 'http://loader.webspellchecker.net/spellcheck3//script/ssrv.cgi'. The content has been modified by the XSS Filter.

Similar problem detected on VM with Win10 x64, IE11 11.1198.14393.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open IE11.
2. Go to ckeditor and clear editor content.
3. Open wiki page in new tab.
4. Copy the first paragraph included information from the right sidebar:

5. Go back to the tab with CKEditor and paste text from clipboard.
6. Select Spell checker --> Check spelling

I am facing an issue in spell checker.
Can you please help ?
The suggestions are not showing it only shows loading.. there.
It was working fine but for two three days its not working.
