Tween should be startable, stoppable, pausable.

Pause should switch the tween to "inactive" and starting to keep track of "pause time". Extend out the "ending time" by whatever pause time's value is.

Stop should switch the tween to inactive and somehow mark the tween as complete. Change end time?

This no doubt seems like a really cool idea but not 100% of the value or whether this should hold up a beta.
