A really cool feature as the research is kind of suggesting that planned deloads aren't that great and reactive deloading would be better. Sometimes particular muscle groups can get tired while the rest of the body can continue

For v3.1

  • Automatically catch fatigued muscle groups
  • Automatically catch systemic fatigue
  • Suggest localized deloads or full deloads as seen fit
