After a mesocycle starts, a user can still edit the mesocycle's split structure (the split day names and their order, even the length of the split). Doing so might look harmless but can cause various downstream side-effects in analytics and progression, need to prevent that from happening.
Expected behavior
A user should be able to edit the split if a mesocycle is inactive or has no workouts attached to it yet.
