[FEATURE] %ah% placeholder for Absolute Height #14

A placeholder for the label format that would display the "absolute height" of the top of a piece or terrain or zone.
So an elevation 2 cover with height 2, would display 4 if%ah% was entered.

Thanks Zenn, this has been implemented in the latest v0.4.4 version; although I have chosen to use %t% (for top) instead of %ah%.
