Environments and instances

• dev.rocketchat.acc.viasat.io - dev server on bare metal and synced with git, used for livechat and real time development/test work.
• messaging-test.vega-preprod.viasat.io - The ITB test server used in the automation pipeline for integration testing on PRs and commits to ciao and CX agents.
• messaging.vega-preprod.viasat.io - UsRes - Used for final integration testing before deploying components to prod.
• ba.messaging.vega-preprod.viasat.io - Brazil - Used for final integration testing before deploying components to prod.
• chatbot.vega.viasat.com - Production instance of chatbot for all US Residential. Hosted in the prod vega core-infra.
• ba.chatbot.vega.viasat.com- Production instance of chatbot for Brazil. Hosted in the prod vega core-infa.
• viasatconnect.com - Production instance used for Engineering Chat. Hosted in the prod vega core-infa.

Secret Registration

Normal new user registration has been disabled in many of our servers. This is to protect from random users on the internet signing up on our service.
