UX Improvements (Milestone #1 Summary)
Proposed changes in the design
- Changed the components and tweaked the paddings on some areas. Created round components to make it more approachable.
- Proposed a solution for the placement of the widget on the website without creating clutter
- Created wireframes for the live agent handoff
- Proposed a solution to clearly distinguish between messages by bot and agent.

- Performed a competitive analysis with telegram to find strengths and weaknesses. Detailed discussion under issue #305
Wanted to conduct user interviews but it wasn't feasible so thought of collecting insights through this open-ended survey circulated to a small pool of RC users through which we could create a less detailed survey to a larger pool of users asking only things which are relevant and the previous survey would make sure we leave no lose ends.
