There are multiple issues already (e.g. #601), you can find them using the search bar in the top right (https://github.com/search?q=repo%3AWiseLibs%2Fbetter-sqlite3+arm64&type=issues)

Edit: Also as far as I understand arm64 is supported, there are just no prebuilds available.
