readstat can read sas7bdat created by sas 9.4, but sas 9.4 can not read sas7bdat created by readstat

I would like to report the same happens for xport (xpt) files.

@ofajardo Can you open a separate issue about XPT with the error message and an example file?

xpt issue filed. Very confusing issue actually, I got the help from @reikoch to look at it in the right way.

We can also provide example files for sas7bdat if you are interested.
