This is a Tyrian OST pack encoded in a format known as LDS. It's extracted off a "MUS" file in the game which has nothing to do with actual MUS.

The exists source code to document the patch format:
https://github.com/adplug/adplug/blob/master/src/lds.cpp#L105-L127

We can likely extract some GM mappings off this.
