What does testing look like for submissions?

As we start getting submissions - it could be really good to have a crew of folks ready to run plugins/code through user testing (in addition to any code testing/review). I can picture something similar to the FSE Outreach testing - but we could maybe get away with something less formalised.

In either case - it would be good to have some people ready to help out with this as needed.
