Describe the bug
Upload media progress bar is missing while media is uploading

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable Gutenberg
  2. Create new Post
  3. Add Image block
  4. Choose an image from the device library or capture the photo

Result behavior
When upload starts, the progress bar is missing (not visible) while media is uploading

Expected behavior
Progress bar should be visible while media is uploading

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • Android 8.0
  • Nexus 5x
