I'd like to filter the text or remove and recreate the PostScheduleLabel panel in the PostPublishPanelPrepublish. I don't think there is a supported method using wp.data.dispatch( 'core/edit-post' ) to affect those panels?

Background is that I used the slotfill API to insert a timezone select & date time field, allowing authors to use their local publish date time. That all works great, except when they click Schedule and in the PrePublish sidebar see the publish time in GMT without any context.

This doesn't seem possible currently. Relabeling as an enhancement request.

I've just been adding a new timedate and then using CSS to hide the old one – hacky but it works!

Worth noting how to implement this is the highest voted question about the block-editor that is unanswered on the WordPress Stackexchange; there are many users interested in it.
