Description

When the Demo app content is scrolled to the top, the navigation bar is transparent causing the content to be illegible. This issue is referenced on the React Native blog.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Launch the native Demo app.
  2. Ensure the content is scrolled to the top.

Expected behaviour

The navigation bar is not transparent (rendering as black) and text is legible.

Actual behaviour

The navigation bar is transparent (rendering as black) and text is illegible.
