What is the problem?

When alignment is applied to the Post Author block, it only moves the text, I expected all the block contents to center across the space. See video using Tove block theme:

What is your proposed solution?

This could be solved by changing controls to Justify, but there is an additional issue for breaking up the author block into separate individual blocks (byline, avatar, author) and then allow controls against those. See:

Align text block options now align both the Image and the text, before it was aligning only the text.
