Description

When Categories block is not selected the prefix and suffix placeholders are still displayed. It's confusing. They should be hidden until the block is selected.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Add Query Loop
  2. Add Categories block to template
  3. Ensure Categories block is NOT selected.
  4. See bug.
