From @ElectricFeet in testing:

The calendar dropdown is intuitive and functional. I note that the time input boxes are picking up user options for time. However, the time display isn't. For example, despite the 24hr clock (H:i) being set in the my Time Format (in Admin > Settings > General), the displayed date says (e.g.) "Publish: December 29, 2017 7:14 pm", which is wrong (whereas the first time input box says 19, which is correct).

Suggestion: The publish date and time displayed should be in the user's preferred format, as set in Settings > General.

I think for now lets close this, we can loop back and check things like this but I am not sure about it in the first release.
