What problem does this address?

In the query pagination block, it is possible to place more than one previous page, number and next page. This is unexpected.
The block also has a "browse all" button even though no other inner blocks are allowed and even though all 3 inner blocks are already listed in the inserter.

The query pagination block is selected in the Site Editor and the block inserter is open and displays the inner blocks and the "browse all" button.
