Description

After creating a draft page in the navigation block, one is unable to then switch to it from the command center. This came up as part of the FSE Outreach Program's rapid revamp call for testing using GB 15.8.1:

I get wild and use command center to try to switch to the new page, but I’m unable. Instead, I follow the instructions and go to the ‘About’ page.

I imagine this might be related to the issue around not being able to access drafts #49871

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Open the Site Editor.
  2. Edit navigation and add a new item for a page that doesn't exist yet.
  3. Using command+K to try to search for and switch to that item.
  4. Find "no results found"
