The "Browse Styles" control in the Styles sidebar auto-triggers zoom out, but it does not consider the current preview (desktop, tablet, or mobile).
Browse Styles should always engage "Desktop" while zooming out, so that the device preview does conflict with zooming out, making the preview quite small.
