[RNMobile] Adding unit test to ListEdit

[etoledom]

Description

This PR adds a simple Unit Test to Block Edit that checks for breaking changes on web.
This test was enough to catch the breaking change fixed on #20772

How has this been tested?

• Check that unit tests pass.
• Revert f5bfffa and check that the new unit test fails.
