[Website] There is no way to load a site from a local directory

In the past we allowed users to choose a local folder and load a site from it, but I can't find this anymore.

It's possible to save a site to a local directory and use it, but it you just want to load a site there is no option to do it.

We could add a Load from local directory menu item next to the other import/export buttons.
