Auto Instrumentations

am using opentelemetry_sls (forked from this repo and compatible with Dart 3)

is there a way to add auto instrumenations like http requests made by my app, writes and reads to phone local storage, etc ...,
without manualy creating the spans ?

Apparently not, but I would l like this in the future. I hate Manual Instrumentation.
