生成 Node.js 格式的诊断报告（ https://nodejs.org/api/report.html#diagnostic-report ）：

避免诊断报告概念混淆，现在相当于是两种“诊断报告”，格式不同；
可以兼容 Node.js 的 --report-fatal （目前 xprofiler 支持的触发器）、--report-uncaught-exception 等等场景生成的报告格式；
